Job Description
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
-Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Candidate must have background in project estimation and control cost for general building construction specializing in civil/ architectural/ sanitary/electrical
-Candidate must be willing to do field works.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
-Analyzes and calculates the cost of materials and labor required for projects.
-Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
-Negotiates with suppliers and contractors to ensure that project costs are kept within budget.
-Monitors the bidding process for projects and recommends the most cost-effective options.
-Resorts to least possible cost while ensuring the quality of labor and materials to avoid
-Conducts site visits to assess the extent of work required for projects.
-Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
