Job Description
WORK SETUP: Work From Home
- Laptop Provided
- Must have an Internet with the speed of 50 mbps and a Mobile Internet as a Back-Up
WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday | With 1-hour of break and 2 separate 15-minute breaks
CONTRACT TYPE: Contractual | 1 year Co-Term with the Client, but has the possibility of regularization
SALARY BUDGET:
*₱20,000 + ₱2,000 for Internet and Reimbursement | For applicants with 2 years of experience in the same role
*₱27,000 + ₱2,000 for Internet and Reimbursement | For applicants with 3-4 years of experience in the same role
JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative based in the Philippines; Responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction by holistically managing the customer journey, training new users, driving adoption, managing feedback, resolving customer issues and analyzing data for actionable insights
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent fluency in English - exceptional spoken and written, grammar as well as typing accuracy
- Experience analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities
- Experience working both autonomously and in a team environment
- Proficiency in TEAMS and MS Office Applications
- HubSpot / CRM proficiency will be a plus; otherwise, willingness to learn new systems quickly
- Familiarity with web-based platforms and tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High level self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to build authentic business relationships and resolve conflicts if they arise
- Flexibility and commitment to achieve successful outcomes
