Job Description
Maintains knowledge of the Main Contract and Subcontract Conditions which includes but not limited to;
Variations and entitlements,
Measurement and valuation,
Payment terms, and
Notice and substantiation.
Calculate and update the quantities of work.
Prepare BOM, and request materials/subcontractor’s package for permanent works.
Evaluate and facilitate approval of payment certificate to the Subcontractor.
Prepare and seek approval of payment certificate from the Client.
Identify and substantiate variations, claims and entitlements under the Contract.
Inspects site for collation of information for monthly progress payment, and substantiation of claims and variations.
Preparation/submission and reconciliation of the final account of project.
Work with the Contract Administrator in the preparation and compliance to the close-out documentation of the Main Contract and Sub-Contract.
Establishment of the lessons learned on the on-set of the project or to ensure recording/documenting upon boarding.
Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
