Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with expertise in P6 Primavera software to join our construction site team. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Job Description:

Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system using Primavera software, ensuring all documents are properly categorized, logged, and stored.
Distribute project documents to team members, subcontractors, and clients as required, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
Facilitate the review and approval process for project documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of document revisions, approvals, and distribution. Generate regular reports on document status and compliance.
Conduct regular audits of the document control system to ensure data integrity and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless document flow and communication across the project.
Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and the use of Primavera software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control within the construction industry, preferably in wastewater or similar sectors.
Proficiency in Primavera (P6) software and other document management systems. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with construction documentation standards, processes, and best practices. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the wastewater industry is a plus.
