Your Key Responsibilities:
Help customers with their questions. Provide good service by voice, chat, and email.
Address customer concerns with swift and precise solutions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure it's customer satisfaction.

Needed Qualifications:
At least 6 months of pure customer service or sales experience.
Passion for makeup and skin care.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
Comfortable working with all three channels: voice, chat, and email.
