Job Description
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Set-up : Onsite, Shifting Schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
Transform stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting deliverables.
Support stakeholders in the development of dashboards and generation of reports.
Collaborate with the management team to prioritize business and information needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring the accuracy and balance of various reporting information.
Provide analytics and performance recommendations based on generated data.
Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement various reporting methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities.
Monitor process performance and drive improvements based on key operational metrics.
Generate and process data for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting assignments.
Produce ad hoc reports as needed to meet specific business requirements.
Build and maintain reporting templates and trackers.
Automate reports to increase efficiency by designing macros.
Ensure the delivery of all designated reporting activities as outlined in the Service Menu, adhering to agreed timelines and quality standards both internally and externally.
Gather and organize data for reports
Qualifications
College Degree
At least 2 years of experience in Reports Analytics in BPO
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or other interactive data visualization software is a plus
