Job Description

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
At High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
Graduate of any 4 years course IT related is preferred but not required
With or Without Experience
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
