Job Description
English language skills a must
Prefer a graduate of Don Bosco or similar trade school.
Waste water experience a plus
Chemical knowledge a plus
Plumbing Skills a plus
Electrical Skills a plus
Candidate will start as a go between the owner representative and employees. Owner rep will train candidate over time. Candidate will be responsible for insuring employees are diligent, on time, and act in a professional manner throughout the work day.
Work is in the waste water, gray water side, so expect to be in weather conditions, dealing with moderate to heavy lifting.
Candidate will interact with Mall Tenant Managers from various restaurant chains, Jollibee, McDonalds, KFC, etc.
Candidate will handle scheduling, training, insuring staff are properly accredited for mall security and have necessary documents for the tasks they perform. (i.e. Driver’s license, etc.)
Candidate will interact with Mall engineers and owner rep. This will include relaying any concerns they might have back to owners rep.
Candidate will report directly to owner rep and be trained on all aspects of operations over three to six month vetting period.
Work phone provided. Work will involve frequent communication with the owners rep.
Job is available for immediate hire. Salary commensurate with experience. Room to grow with company and have career path.
Starting salary at 25-30k negotiable depending on experience.
