Medical Product Sales Executive (43074) - Makati

Salary: 22,000 - 27,000

Job Description:
The basis of this position is to make a profit for the company through Business to Business
Sales with customer satisfaction.
In order to make a profit for the company, the main job of a Sales Executive is to sell the
company's products and services, provide information that clients are looking for, and
conclude contracts. Also it needs to think about what kind of approach is efficient to increase
profits and to take on the responsibility of researching and creating plans for selling.

● Sales activities
o Meeting or exceeding sales quotas from Business to Business Sales.
Business to Business Sales includes Agent sales, Hospital/Doctor sales,
Governmental Sales such as, but not limited.
o Making good relationships with our stakeholders.
o Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
o Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
o Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
o Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
o Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
o Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
o Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and
services.
o Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms,
prices and availability.
o Post-sale follow-up
o Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list
o Maintaining client/customer records.

● Reporting
o Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
o Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.
o Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
● Understanding and promoting company programs.
● Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer

QUALIFICATIONS:
○ Graduate of 4-year course - Bachelor's degree related to Sales/Marketing
preferably Business Administration
■ Preferably with 2-3 years of Sales Experience Experience selling medicines
and medical devices for doctors is highly evaluated, especially
Pharmaceutical company
