Immediate Response Officer

Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and promptly address their issues.
-Develop relationships with key client personnel.
-Create tailored plans to meet client’s business requirements.
-Act as a liaison for client concerns resolution and escalate issues as needed.
-Support the sales team in promoting additional services or products to clients.
-Ensure compliance with contract terms by both the company and clients.
-Collaborate with different teams to meet client needs effectively.

Requirements:
-Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
-Highly organized and methodical to structure tasks and processes efficiently

General Requirements
-Good command of the English language
-Must be 18 years of age and above
-A headset with a noise-canceling feature and a high-definition webcam

Device Specification
-Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
-Windows or Mac is acceptable
-At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available

Network Requirements
-10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection
