Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to drive user engagement and promote our products and promotions across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create and publish 2-3 picture posts per week on Facebook and Instagram, and 3-5 video posts per week on Instagram, TikTok, and Shorts, focusing primarily on promoting our promotions and offerings.
- Monitor social media channels regularly, replying to comments, private messages, and inquiries promptly, and guiding users through the download and registration process when needed.
- Proactively engage with our audience, fostering a positive community environment and deleting any negative comments or spam as necessary.
- Coordinate and guide live streaming sessions on platforms like TikTok or Instagram Live, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both hosts and viewers.
- Create simple yet visually appealing videos and images that align with our brand identity and promotional messaging, using provided assets or creating original content as needed.
- Write clear and concise copy for social media posts, focusing on app usage and introduction, as well as external promotion of host recruitment and platform operation activities.
- Produce instructional videos or graphics to guide users through the usage of our ChikaLive app, based on provided copywriting and user feedback.
- Edit and optimize pictures and videos provided by designers to meet the specific requirements of each social media platform, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure alignment with content strategy and messaging.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a consumer-facing industry or digital platform.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a particular focus on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
