Job Description
• 3 years or more experience in BPO set-up.
• 2 years experience as Team Lead in BPO Set-Up.
• Preferably with 1 year experience in handling E-Commerce.
• Preferably knowledgeable In handling EMEA Market.
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
• Experienced in handling a team with at least 15 or more headcounts.
