As a Performance Marketer with a specialization in social media, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to optimize our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive conversions through various social media channels. You will collaborate closely with the content creation team to create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven tactics to achieve our marketing objectives.

Professional Development
The main responsibilities of a PERFORMANCE MARKETER include:

Social Media Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, including audience targeting, content planning, campaign optimization, budget allocation, and optimization.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and social media management platforms. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and drive results.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in social media marketing. Continuously evaluate new tools, technologies, and platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts and maintain a competitive edge.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights and A/B testing to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as content creators, designers, editors, and account managers to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Provide strategic recommendations for growth opportunities and campaign optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Stay abreast of algorithm changes and updates across social media platforms to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.
