Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Formats CVs aligned to standard format with no records of error
• Edits all CV format request coming from recruiters
• Initiates to reach out the recruiters for any CV formatting request to assist them in endorsement process turn-around-time.
• Ensures the Managing Director's endorsement tracker database are updated on a timely and accurate manner
• Supports Recruiters by validating the details of endorsed candidate needed to Client's Portal.
• Upon receiving the requirements from clients/leads, Admin Assistant should update the Job Description Library the same day
the requirements were shared
• Will provide a short analysis of the over-all picture of the requirements being updated.
• Will assist recruiters from time-to-time activities related to end-to-end process of recruitment.
• On time PRPA preparation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Holder or completed at least 2 years in college
• Prior admin assistant background in recruitment is preferred
• Average communications skills
• Familiarity/expert in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT)
• Data Driven
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• At least Core i3 Processor-4GB RAM
• At least Windows 10
• At least Microsoft Offices 2013
• Mobile Phone for work use
