"JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROVIDE TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EXISTING CLIENTS
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT; ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OR TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS.
PROFICIENCY IN TYPING AND MULTITASKING TO HANDLE MULTIPLE CHAT CONVERSATIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
FLEXIBILITY TO WORK IN ROTATING SHIFTS, INCLUDING EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS."
