Shopify Specialist

Position: Shopify Specialist
Number of hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: EST

Tasks required:
Conduct in-depth research to assess the demand and profitability of selected products
Utilize tools and data analysis to make data-driven decisions regarding product selection
Create and optimize product listings to enhance product visibility and search engine ranking while keeping it engaging and persuasive
Manage product inventory and update product information accurately
Create eye-catching graphics, images, and banners to enhance the visual appeal of the store and ensure consistency in branding and design elements
Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely deliveries
Manage shipping costs and track shipments to provide order status updates to customers
Handle returns and exchanges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, or phone to enhance customer satisfaction ensuring that customer concerns and inquiries are resolved promptly
Craft and send targeted email campaigns to promote products, offer discounts and nurture customer relationships

Requirements:
Must have proven work experience as a Shopify Specialist or a relevant role
Knowledge/familiarity with the golf industry is required
Working experience in email marketing and marketing automation software
Proficiency in using order fulfillment tools and E-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is a must
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
Excellent time management skills
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
