Job Description

Daily Duties:

-Assist clients, customers and vendors with inquiries, orders or questions over the phone, in person, and via e-mail
-Answer multi-line phones, provide friendly and knowledgeable manners to customers in high-pressure scenarios
-Manage inbox to ensure that emails have been properly and timely addressed in an organized manner
-Entry of kit orders into Lab information System for shipping and packing of kits
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction in accordance with
-Company policies and procedures.
-Distribute sensitive information to practitioners by email, mail, and fax
-Demonstrate tenacious and thorough problem-solving skills with an emphasis on efficient communication and documentation
-Entry of laboratory-specific requests on time and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures;
-Follow up on activities in the Lab Information System;
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits: follow up to ensure resolution
