Job Description

JOB DISCREPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitors the shipments from processing up to the arrival of cargo.
2. Informs clients of flight information and irregularity.
3. Monitors shipments both Import and Export.
4. Attends to inquires of walk-in/phone-in clients/foreign counterparts regarding rates or other details related to their assigned Sales Area Account.
5. Set appointment on behalf of Sales Personnel when the latter is pre-occupied.
6. Receives booking from and forwards to Booking and Monitoring Assistant MNLEXP with copies to Logistics/Customer Service Department updates clients regarding flight details in a timely manner.
7. Coordinates with CS Assistant-HO for status of shipments and updates Clients/Foreign Counterparts/Sales Personnel/Operations Branch accordingly.
8. Request for POD from foreign counterparts and advises clients if required.
9. Coordinates with Clients/Branches regarding irregularities on documents or cargoes and advises concerned departments regarding final disposition based on clients/branchesinstructions.
10. Prepares and sends report as required by clients.
11. Calls clients if there will be booking on the day.
12. Follows-up status of shipments from Head Office.
13. Follows-up details of shipments from Head Office.
14. Files all quotation/correspondences for the area assigned and file other documents on a per client basis.
15. Fax AWB and other required documents to clients and counterparts if required.
16. Coordinates with Document Processor regarding status of client’s shipments. Informs Import Assistant (Air and Sea) /Branch Officer regarding all developments concerning the shipment.
17. Assist Branch Officer Personnel when needed.
18. Coordinates with clients regarding readiness of documents pick-up of cargoes mode of release (BD/FD) and delivery of shipments.
19. Performs other duties that may be assigned by TOP MANAGEMENT from time to time.
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
