Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients
Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
Process and apply cash receipts to customer accounts
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments
Communicate with clients regarding their outstanding balances and payment terms
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any contract discrepancies or pricing disputes
Generate and analyze reports on accounts receivable activity and aging
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience focusing on Accounts Receivable with US or AU clients.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.
Proficiency in accounting software. (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Netsuite)
Experience with Bank Reconcillation, Accounts Receivable, Closing invoices, etc.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can start ASAP.

Salary Offer: Php28,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month (Open for higher salary depending on the experience)
