Credit and Collection

Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances. Communicate with customers to address overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements creating a commission of the seller every 15th of the month. Collecting checks to the buyer for their monthly amortization and communicating with the company bank for every payment of the buyer if clear or they have bouncing checks sending notices for past due accounts. This process is typically initiated when a customer has failed to pay by the due date or has outstanding balances on their account.
