Job Description
1. Responsible for selecting and preparing items for shipment in a warehouse or distribution center.
2. Locating items on shelves or in bins, picking the correct quantity of. items, packing items securely for shipment, and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
3. Required to operate machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move items around the warehouse.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery is a plus.
