Telehealth Nurse (UK Client) - Alabang

The Telehealth Nurse will provide remote healthcare services to patients through telecommunication technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of clinical experience and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct telehealth assessments and consultations with patients using video or phone calls.
• Provide medical advice and instructions to patients based on their symptoms and medical history.
• Evaluate patient conditions and recommend appropriate treatments or referrals to other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient interactions, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients about their health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) with active licensure.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, urgent care, or primary care.
• Proficiency in using telecommunication technologies and electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
