Salesforce Technical Lead / Salesforce Architect

Hybrid / 2x a month report to office (Taguig/Giga preference)
Shift: 10PM - 6AM MNL

"Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee SFDC integrations with other business systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Lightning and Experience Cloud to meet evolving needs.
• Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Ensure robust SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to safeguard data integrity and access.
• Enhance Salesforce Identity and Security measures, maintaining high standards of data protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage Salesforce features for business advantage.
• Drive the adoption of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud optimizing sales processes and customer engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on SFDC Development and Customization to achieve tailored business solutions.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, including Sales Cloud Einstein, to foster innovation.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in SFDC Configuration, Integration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and DevOps.
• Strong background in SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Experience Cloud, Development & Customization, and Identity and Security.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud Einstein is an advantage.
• Deep domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations Management (advantage)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
