Job Description
Responsible for monitoring and performing all legal affairs activities within his/her assigned area of expertise. The main responsibility is to file cases, attend hearings and present in the court on behalf of the company
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in law;
2. With at least 5 year related experience.
3. Experience in the specific industry to which the employer belongs.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. J.D. qualified to practice law
2. At least 5 years of legal work experience
3. Specialized at criminal law
4. Law firm experience as well as company working experience is a must
5. With outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements will also have an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all phases of the litigation
2. Attend all types of hearings as may be required by the Company
3. Responsible for initial case investigation, drafting pleadings, motions, etc.
4. Provide legal support to the various internal departments
5. Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels, as required
6. Taking pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
7. Handle labor, criminal, and admin cases
- Salary:
- 90.000,00 ₱ Monthly
