Your Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
Use your expertise in Sabre/Amadeus GDS to assist clients with their travel needs.
Ensure smooth and efficient operations in a user-facing or back-of-house role. This is within the airline industry or travel agency.

Needed Qualifications
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
B2 CEFR and above | Standard Educ need - HS or its equal |
You need 1 to 3 years of experience. It should be in a user-facing or back-of-house role in the airline industry or a travel agency. You also need in-depth experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS. You must also have a passing score.
