Job Description
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 to10 years of experience in accounting or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
Experience in bookkeeping and accounting systems.
Real estate industry experience
Budgeting expertise
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel locally as needed.
Must be available to work US Hours
Must be flexible with working hours
With experience in processing Business Permits and BIR
Responsibilities
Will handle the personal Accounting of CEO
Process business permits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Process Foreshore Lease Procurement & Private port applications
Perform bookkeeping duties, including linking receipts and managing financial records.
Prepare & analyze balance sheets, profit and loss statements, Budget report and other financial reports.
Audit financial documents to substantiate transactions.
Compile and analyze account information to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Reconcile financial discrepancies and verify payment documentation.
Handle monthly tax filings and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage emails and correspondence.
Integrate and update software systems.
Data entry tasks
Compile and analyze account information for asset, liability, and capital accounts.
Document financial transactions accurately.
Recommend financial actions based on analysis.
Develop and recommend accounting policies and procedures.
Verify documentation and process payments.
Address accounting queries and interpret policies and regulations.
Assist with ad hoc tasks such as booking flights and other administrative duties. Stay updated with professional knowledge and attend relevant workshops or seminars.
