Job Description

Client Profile:
One of the largest construction companies in the Philippines, offering high-quality plywood, cement, and other building supplies for homes, buildings, and other construction applications.

Position: Process and Development Analyst
Industry: Construction Industry
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays
Work Set up: On field

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering or any course.
With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales.
With experience in process improvement, business analysis
Experience with process automation and technology tools is an advantage.
Can start as soon as possible is a plus.

Responsibilities:
The Business Process Analyst will analyze business processes and workflows with the objective on how they can be improved or automated;
bridges the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes,
determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations to the Execom and other stakeholders.
End to end process of per department transactions.
