Job Description
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure payments are made as soon as possible.
• Handles questions and complaints
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Update account status and database regularly
• Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
