The Role:



Are you a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of success in Salesforce administration? Our team is looking for someone like you! As our ideal candidate, you will have in-depth hands-on experience customizing the Salesforce platform using declarative functionality and code when necessary to extend its capabilities. You should also have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ, its out-of-the-box capabilities, and how to properly extend it to meet business needs.



As a senior professional in your career, you should feel comfortable and confident in contributing to discovery sessions, acting as a technical advisor to our business partners and architects, and assisting our team in gathering and documenting technical requirements. In addition, you should have exposure to modern DevSecOps tooling and be able to assist the team in understanding the value of DevSecOps processes and how to implement and use these tools for development, deployment, and testing activities. You should also be comfortable analyzing the existing codebase and providing suggestions to optimize and reduce technical debt.



Key Responsibilities

The Salesforce (SFDC) Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, unit testing, and deploying high quality standard and non-standard components to meet business requirements using Salesforce.com
In addition to standard SFDC configuration, the SFDC developer will be responsible for developing solutions that will leverage HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies
Responsible for SFDC customizations of standard and custom objects using Force.com platform
Responsible for SFDC scripting using APEX, including development of SOAP and REST interfaces
Lead release management efforts of SFDC, including migration of data and build across environments
Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on SFDC platform
Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree (preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration , Engineering or Information Systems), or equivalent experience
Must have at least 5 years of experience in an Agile development environment
SFDC Certified Developer (DEV-401) or equivalent experience with APEX, VisualForce, SOQL
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality within the position
Experience working with an agile team with a growth mindset.
