The candidate will assist the HR manager in sourcing of possible candidates for job openings as needed by the company. She will screen and interviews applicants that may fit the job requirements of the different departments of the company . Must be knowledgable in psychometric testing to evaluate fitness of the applicants. Very adept in interviewing and assessing personality .
