Accounting Specialist

Job Description:
- Responsible for permits and licenses, cheque preparations, recognizing future project expenses, quality review of documents, checking the accuracy of amounts and validity of claimed overtime, reviewing, analyzing, and recording transactions, and attending internal and external training.
Key Responsibilities:
-Record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records
-Prepare financial statements and reports
-Reconcile accounts and address discrepancies
-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
-Assist in audits and budget preparation
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams
-Work on projects or adhoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficient in accounting software and Excel/Google sheets
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
