Recruitment Associate

Location : Eastwood City, QC

Responsibilities
• Assisting senior recruiters with tasks like :
 Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs
 Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
 Screen resumes and conduct interviews (phone, online, in-person)
 Shortlist and present top candidates to hiring managers
 Manage the recruitment process and keep candidates informed
 Build and maintain a strong candidate database
• May also handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
