Job Description

Job Qualification

Graduate of business management, business administration or any related course
Preferably with at least six (6) months experience as a marketing assistant , customer relations/servicing or equivalent professional practice
Proficient in basic computer programs (word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software and internet navigation and email)
Proficient in written and communication skills
Highly organized and has an eye detail
Self-motivated and hardworking
Positive personal values and strong work ethic

Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department
Responsible for performing clerical duties
Organize a filling system for important and confidential company documents
Maintain and update reports
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails and packages)
Prepare reports and presentation as assigned
