Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)

Schedule: 8 pm - 5 am

Key Responsibilities:
• Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with vendors and company stakeholders to identify
knowledge gaps, product updates, sales techniques, procedural changes, and overall training
requirements.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training programs that effectively address vendor needs. Create materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, participant handouts, job aids, and assessments. Ability to identify and flex to audience learning style/feedback to provide effective results.
• Training Delivery: Facilitate dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring vendor understanding of product features, benefits, company processes, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, acting as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to promote collaboration and ensure training alignment.
• Program Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics. Collect feedback and use insights to continuously improve training content and delivery.
• Mentorship and Support: Provide ongoing coaching and support to vendors, answering questions, addressing concerns, and reinforcing key concepts.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in sales and customer service to enhance training relevance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, sales, or a vendor-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field OR Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to adult learners.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, customer service principles, and product knowledge specific to the company's vendors.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships with vendors.
• Adaptable to evolving training needs and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to project deadlines.
Salary:
246.000,00 ₱ Monthly
