Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)

Schedule: 8 pm - 5 am

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the scope of documentation.
• Collate and analyze available documentation such as requirement documents or specification documents.
• Create and maintain a central knowledge database which will include updates, organization, translation requests, announcements, and known issues.
• Support the creation of training material for product verticals.
• Respond to all knowledge database feedback and targeted training feedback.
• Audit knowledge database and training to ensure information is current.
• Technical writing

• Basic knowledge of HTML
• Strong analytical skills
• Requirements analysis

• Editing and Proofreading
• Experience in content management systems
• Understand the quality assurance norms and guidelines.

• Knowledge in documentation a ticketing system for receiving and completing requests.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, sales, or a vendor-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field OR Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
• 8+ years of experience in technical writing and editing online help content or customer support/agent-facing help content.
• A certificate in Technical Writing or Software Documentation will be an advantage.
Salary:
246.000,00 ₱ Monthly
