Job Description
Contact and qualify potential customers
Respond to inquiries via online marketing platforms
Provide product information to inquiring potential clients
Educate customers about current promotions
Gather potential clients' contact information
Provide outstanding customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree related to business
Experience in sales is an advantage
Advance knowledge in technical products specifically in solar is a MUST
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced Verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Strong attention to details
Must have strong knowledge in MS Office applications
Must have strong knowledge in social media platforms
