Job Description
Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30PM – 12:30AM
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
A Global IT Solutions Provider is currently looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer who will be responsible for handling first line technical support issues and concerns.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Respond to inquiries, issues or concerns raised by customers by phone, email or chat
Identify and resolve technical problems by providing the appropriate resolution
Take initiative in researching for solutions to unfamiliar issues or concerns.
Qualifications/ skills required:
At least 1 year experience in Technical Support, Desktop Support or Service Desk
Must have knowledge troubleshooting IT technical issues including LAN connectivity
Knowledge in VoIP is an advantage but not required
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or equivalent
Must have excellent English communication skills.
