Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Workforce Management (WFM) team to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and execute capacity planning strategies to meet service-level goals.
Use NICE IEX, CMS Avaya, or Verint tools to optimize workforce efficiency.
Needed Qualifications
At least one year of handling a WFM team.
Two years of experience in capacity planning.
Skill with tools: NICE IEX, CMS Avaya, and Verint.
