Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to assessing and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Facilitate interview debriefs and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and maintaining communication.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for each position.
Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, including conducting reference checks and background screenings.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
