Sales Manager job description
A Unit Sales Manager is mainly responsible for overseeing a team of financial advisors and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Sales Manager responsibilities include:
1. Leading and motivating a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales goals and targets.
2, Recruiting, training, and onboarding new advisors.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the team and providing the necessary support and coaching
4.Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve targets
5. Conducting regular meetings and performance reviews with team members
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
7. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and resolving any customer complaints and issues
