Job Description

*Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and assisting visitors or guests upon arrival.
*Answering Inquiries: Providing information and answering questions about the organization, services, or local area.
*Handling Complaints: Addressing and resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department.
*Answering Phones: Managing incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages.
*Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and reservations.
*Mail Management: Sorting, distributing, and sending mail and packages.
*Maintaining Logs: Keeping records of visitor information, calls, and other relevant data.
*Updating Databases: Ensuring that databases are current and accurate with necessary information.
*File Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
Salary:
15.000,00 ₱ Monthly
