Salesforce Technical Lead - Up to 246K Salary - Taguig

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Oversee SFDC integrations with other business systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC Lightning and Experience Cloud to meet evolving needs.
- Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Ensure robust SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to safeguard data integrity and access.
- Enhance Salesforce Identity and Security measures, maintaining high standards of data protection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage Salesforce features for business advantage.
- Drive the adoption of SFDC Sales Cloud, Service Cloud optimizing sales processes and customer engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on SFDC Development and Customization to achieve tailored business solutions.
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, including Sales Cloud Einstein, to foster innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in SFDC Configuration, Integration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, and DevOps.
- Strong background in SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Experience Cloud, Development & Customization, and Identity and Security.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud Einstein is an advantage.
- Deep domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations Management (advantage)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
