Today, the Cabuyao plant is producing industrial paints for automotive, appliances, coils, motorcycles and other related industries. NPP also manufactures auto refinishes, and varnishes. To make our products available throughout the country and to give the best possible services to our customers, a distribution network is set up. With more than 10 big dealers all over the Philippines, PMC creates an efficient channel that will reach out to the increasing demand of quality yet reasonably priced products. Job Description

▪ The position involves understanding the business dynamics of the business partners, their target market, and the goals drivers of the candidate’s own company. It also requires the ability to create “win-win” situations for all parties, with each area together with the ability to recognize when this is not possible and, the diplomacy and tact to deal with the consequential changes that would be required in the area structure.
▪ Forecast sales volume, selling price, market share based on reading on market conditions of the concerned sales area
▪ Sells and distributes NPCP products to related channel network to attain the desired volume and market share for the concerned sales area, based on an approved price.
▪ Maintain proper account management of receivables through sustained collection of collaterals and payments on invoices, including Customer Withholding Taxes (CWT), application of credit memos, and others.
▪ Develop and maintain good customer relationship with the different employees of all customers to ensure sustainability of business; ensuring all customer issues are always resolved.
▪ Implement marketing incentives and act as resource person for the development of marketing incentives; recommend marketing incentives needed in the area
▪ Ensure proper and regular usage of all digital plot forms that the company is investing to further simplify and show transparency to our customers / business partners on their transactions to us.
▪ Ensure that all investment of the company is being monitored, well maintained, and properly used. (CCM)

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
Background in selling and distributing building/construction materials is required.
Computer literate and proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements. Proactive.
Enthusiastic and with good leadership qualities.
High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Good negotiation skills and presentation skills.
