Job Description
2. Gather list of sellers in line with selection processes.
3. Checked and verify approved Purchase Requests and convert to Purchase Orders.
4. Provide receipt of products based on procurement requirements and quality assurance process.
5. Responsible in the canvassing, accreditation and evaluation of suppliers and contractors.
6. Involvement in the negotiation of prices, processing of purchase orders, receipt, checking and issuance of delivered items.
7. Inventory management and records.
8. Handle ad hoc duties as required by superior.
Qualification: Education/Experience:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Level in Business Administration or any related field.
• Preferably experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Procurement, Sourcing or Purchasing.
• Preferably with a hands-on experience with purchasing software.
• Understands supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
Work Ethics:
• Must have a good leadership, communication, coordination, and management competencies.
• Adaptive to start-up environment.
• Can start immediately
