Job Description

The role includes and not limited to:

*Assisting the Customer Service team as a Subject Matter Expert and processing credits, refunds, returns and new orders for the team.
*Assisting as an interface between all frontline teams, which involves communicating with customers directly.
*Helping manage the queues and resolving customer complaints in a timely & effective manner.
*Being a customer advocate.
*Tracking & tracing of orders, returns, warranty claims & general order queries.
*Working in a fast paced, solution oriented environment
*Comfortable with attempting to save order cancellations via effective negotiation & influencing skills.
*Working closely with other teams to find solutions for our customers.

Required Qualifications:
+Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative (International Voice Account)
+Team Leader, Subject Matter Expert and/or Senior QA experience highly regarded
+EXCELLENT English communication skills (oral and written)
+Excellent Computer Skills and ability to navigate complex ERP systems
+Attention to Detail is a must
+Dedicated and quiet work space at home
+Fast and Reliable Internet Connection with Back-up internet
+Own equipment (at least i3 with 2.0GHz)
+Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
+No babysitting during work-hours (exceptions at times allowed)
+Willing to work in a FULL-TIME POSITION (no part-time job available)
+Must be residing in the Philippines.
