Job Description

-Provide administrative support to ensure that municipal operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
-Type correspondence, reports and other documents
-Maintain office files and Open and distribute the mail
-Provide ID’s for the newly hired employees
-Do the requisition for the petty cash of the department
-Coordinate repairs to office equipment
-Maintain confidential records and files
-Arrange for payment request for the department
-Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
-Do the year end report monitoring
-Prepare documents and reports on the computer
- Provide receptionist services Greet and assist visitors
-Answer phones Direct calls and respond to inquiries / and monitoring company phone.
-Perform other related duties as required
-Monitor of Office supplies and office equipments; order if necessary
-Assist HR/ADMIN Officer for the task assigned
