Are you thrilled about delivering outstanding customer service? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Batangas - Lipa. The representative will support the Financial - TSR account.

Your Key Responsibilities:
-Provide top-notch customer service to our clients. Ensure we meet their needs with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
-Resolve service desk inquiries and issues. Prove a solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS Systems.
-Collaborate with team members to create exceptional experiences for our clients. It contributes to a positive and dynamic work environment.

Needed Qualifications:
-Completed at least two years of college (Undergraduate)
-Three months of service desk experience and customer service experience are a plus.
-Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS Systems.
