Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer communication and support, ensuring that inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently to Service partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Basic Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in Hafele Office (Levi Mariano Ave, Taguig City )
Salary:
18.554,00 ₱ Monthly
