Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
• With excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Previous experience in customer service / call center or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• College diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in Hafele Office (Levi Mariano, Ave. Taguig City)
