Job Description
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preffered;
- Hands-on systems development & programmig experience (Linux, MySQL, Bash);
- Preferably with at least 3 years of IT Service Desk Experience;
- Soft Skills Needed: Customer Service, Quality Focus, Flexibility, Attention to Detail;
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple applications or resources at the same time;
